La Lamproie Bleue is an arts and culture association founded in 2019, dedicated to organizing the Festival des Littératures Policières (FLiP) in Libourne each November. This annual event brings together 30 authors of crime novels and graphic novels, alongside various cultural activities and animations. Our History
Founded in 2019 in Libourne, La Lamproie Bleue emerged from a passion for noir fiction and the desire to celebrate it in all its forms.
